Is Lesbianism now a part of our society (via @wickedstepmami)

Today I came across a picture of two girls kissing. Last year, a law was passed which made such acts punishable by imprisonment. Regardless of this sanction,such acts are still prevalent in parts of the country. What is your view on the matter?
